There are 67 counties in Florida, to check each one of them may not be practical. You have to narrow your search or find a service that finds all of them at once for you. The birth and death can be found in the Florida Department of Health. They have strict requirements about who can get this information if you try to do it yourself. For records of the property, which again will have to search through all the individual counties unless you subscribe to a service that will do it for you. For records of bankruptcy, you must obtain a login and password for the district court of bankruptcy in which you are seeking. The court’s website refers to as PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records). Again, for a small fee you can use a service that will do all this for you.
